Fuel Surcharge
CCL reserves the right to institute a fuel surcharge on all shipments, without prior notice. This surcharge will be applied for such periods as CCL deems necessary. Cardinal updates the Fuel Surcharge is based on the weekly published rate determined by the Freight Carriers Association of Canada 'F.C.A.'
